Vibra Hospital of Southeastern Massachusetts
Visiting Hours (Effective 05/02/22):
10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Daily
Last scheduled appointment at 7:00 PM
To most effectively provide a safe environment, all visits will be by appointment only and scheduled by case management. There will be no walk-in visits. Two visitors per patient will be allowed. Visitors who are vaccinated must show proof of vaccination. Visitors who are not vaccinated must show proof of a negative COVID test taken within 24 hours of visit.
It is important visitors arrive at their appointment on time and not early. This is to ensure we manage the number of people in the hospital during visiting hours and to optimize everyone’s safety. The visit may be a maximum of five hours from the original visit time. Any visit scheduled between 4:15 pm and 7 pm will end no later than 9 pm. Visitors must call into the hospital by using the outside phone.
Visitors should wear a mask at all times when visiting. The hospital will supply a mask to all visitors at the entrance of the hospital. This mask will be mandatory.
All visitors will be screened for symptoms of illness on arrival and will need to answer a survey. The supervisor will be notified if the answer to any question is “yes”. Case management will review policy prior to the visit.
All visitors must wash their hands at the wash station in the lobby after being screened and before leaving the facility.
All visitors must maintain social distancing while in the facility. Visitors must remain in the patient’s room and are not allowed in the common areas of the hospital, including the cafeteria. Visitors should use the call light for assistance.
Only approved packages will be allowed. No backpacks or pocketbooks will be allowed.
New admits will not be allowed visitors for the first day.
Patients in the COVID positive unit will not be allowed to have visitors.
Virtual visits are available at all times.
